The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT recruitment, with strong knowledge of various IT functions, roles, and technologies. This role requires handling end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different levels while ensuring the best talent acquisition strategies are implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management).
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical IT positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking).
• Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for IT roles.
• Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and hiring standards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for IT hiring.
• Stay updated on latest IT trends, job roles, and market insights to attract top talent.
