Job summary

Leading Client in Delhi is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of relevant experience to handle end-to-end recruitment, including contract staffing and MSP/VMS processes. The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work as an individual contributor.

Candidate should be proficient with major job portals like Naukri and Monster, and have good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Office timings are 9:30am-6:30pm IST.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• End-to-end recruitment experience and strong IT skills understanding.
• Experience with VMS and MSP; contract staffing experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description :

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.
