Job summary

BCforward in Pune, India seeks a recruiter with 1-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role requires end-to-end recruitment, strong English communication, and hands-on use of job portals like Naukri and Monster.

You will work as an individual contributor with exposure to contract staffing (C2H) and MSP/VMS environments, coordinating with product companies and tier-1 firms where required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Experience with VMS/MSP preferred.
• Familiarity with IT skills and roles.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Duration : Full time

Office Timings - 9:30am-6:30pm(IST)

Job Description :

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.

• Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
• Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills.
• Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Naukri, Monster
