BCforward Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on IT recruiter with 1-5 years of relevant experience. You will own end-to-end recruitment, manage requisitions, screen candidates, and coordinate with product companies and tier-1 firms.

Proficiency with job portals like Naukri and Monster is essential to sourcing top talent. The role requires excellent English verbal and written communication, independent contribution, and strong negotiation skills to close contractors and full-time roles efficiently,

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with VMS/MSP and contract staffing.
• Proficient in IT skills and knowledge of relevant domains.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT recruitment across roles.
• Sourcing via Naukri and Monster portals.
• Coordinate interview processes and candidate management as an IC.

Duration : Full time

Office Timings - 9:30am-6:30pm(IST)

Job Description :

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.

• Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
• Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills.
