Job summary

Leading Client in India is seeking a hands-on IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires familiarity with VMS and MSP vendors and sourcing through job boards like Naukri and Monster, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will operate as an individual contributor focused on contract staffing (C2H) and IT skill sets required by product and tier-1 companies.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience in recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.
