Job summary

Leading Client in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires hands-on experience with VMS and MSP, familiarity with Naukri and Monster, and the ability to work as an individual contributor with strong communication skills.

Experience in contract staffing (C2H) and IT skill coverage is preferred. Domestic staffing exposure and background with product or tier-1 companies are advantageous.

Job Description

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.

• Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
• Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills.
