Job summary

BCforward in Mumbai is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers for candidates across product and Tier-1 companies.

The role requires hands-on experience with VMS/MSP programs, excellent English communication, and proficiency with Naukri/Monster. You will operate as an individual contributor in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Knowledge of VMS and MSP processes.
• Proficient with Naukri and Monster job portals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with contract staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for product and Tier-1 companies.
• Source candidates via job portals and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and manage candidate pipeline.

Job Description :

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.

• Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
• Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills.
• Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Naukri, Monster
