Job summary

Leading Client in India is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. The role requires end-to-end recruitment, experience with VMS and MSP, and strong communication.

You will actively manage job portals like Naukri and Monster, recruit for contract staffing (C2H), and support product and tier-1 companies. This is an individual contributor position with IT skills emphasis and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of recruiter experience.
• Experience with VMS and MSP.
• End-to-End recruitment experience.
• Proficient with Naukri and Monster job boards.
• Understanding of job descriptions.
• Candidate must be an individual contributor.

Job Description

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.
