BCforward is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter in Chennai to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work on domestic staffing and contract staffing, leveraging VMS/MSP experience and deep knowledge of IT skill sets. Excellent English communication and self-motivation are essential.

The role emphasizes independent contribution with hands-on use of job portals such as Naukri and Monster for sourcing and closing roles across product companies and tier-1 IT clients.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience with VMS and MSP environments is preferred.
• Candidate should have contract staffing experience (Contract or C2H).
• Strong understanding of IT skills and technical roles.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication is required.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and Monster.

Office Timings - 9:30am-6:30pm(IST)

Job Description :

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.
