Job summary

Leading Client in Ahmedabad is seeking an IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end IT recruitment for tech roles. You will manage full-cycle hiring, screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring teams to ensure timely closures.

Fluent English is required; you should be comfortable with job portals and contract staffing (C2H). Prior experience with VMS/MSP and exposure to product companies or tier-1 firms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience with VMS and MSP.
• End-to-end IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of job boards Naukri and Monster.
• Contract staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferable experience with product companies and tier-1 firms.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes for assigned roles.
• Source, screen and coordinate candidates via job portals and portals.
• Manage VMS/MSP requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure timely closures.

Job Description

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.
