TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with managers and technical teams.

You will manage pipelines, update trackers, and negotiate offers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact to joining. Prior IT services experience and strong communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate HR and technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to management.

Job description

TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and a good understanding of technical requirements across multiple

technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer

rollout and onboarding.

• Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, databases,

and other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role

requirements.

• Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening and coordinate technical and managerial

interview rounds.

• Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand current and

upcoming requirements.

• Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS.
• Ensure regular candidate follow-ups throughout the interview and offer process.
• Handle offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.
• Share regular recruitment updates and hiring reports with management.

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure

Candidates with experience hiring for the following technologies will be preferred:

MuleSoft | Boomi | Workato | Azure | Databricks | Salesforce | Snowflake | Java | .NET | Python | Data Engineering | QA | DevOps

Exposure to recruitment for other IT technologies will also be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment

platforms.

• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and candidate closure skills.
• Experience working with an IT services or consulting organization will be an advantage.
