Zennsoft Inc. is actively hiring an IT Recruiter for US staffing. The role focuses on sourcing and placing candidates on W2, C2C, and full-time roles, working with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on US IT staffing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. On-site role in Noida with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring.
• Experience with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms
• Handle W2, C2C, and full-time requirements
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screening, and perform initial evaluations
• Negotiate compensation/pay rates and coordinate the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate information and submissions in the ATS/CRM
• Ensure timely submissions and follow up with candidates throughout the process

Zennsoft Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Recruiter – US Staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in W2 , C2C , and full‑time hiring, along with strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms
• Handle W2, C2C, and full‑time requirements
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients
