Job summary

MediatechTemple in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter with team leadership to handle end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles. The role includes managing a small recruitment team, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with department heads.

Ideal applicants will have 2+ years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, IT recruitment exposure, and strong sourcing and negotiation skills. Based in Bharatpur, you will drive pipelines via Naukri/LinkedIn, ensuring timely closures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Experience in IT recruitment and/or team handling preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Must be based in or willing to work from Bharatpur

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
• Recruit for IT profiles (Developers, IT Executives, Technical Support, etc.)
• Hire for Team Leader and similar mid-level positions
• Lead, train, and manage a team of recruiters
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and databases
• Ensure position closures within TAT
• Build strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
