BCforward in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of relevant experience. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, work with VMS and MSP platforms, and leverage job boards like Naukri and Monster.

You will also coordinate with hiring teams and manage offers. The role requires excellent English communication, independence as an individual contributor, and a proven track record in domestic staffing for product companies and tier-1 employers.

Office Timings - 9:30am-6:30pm(IST)

Job Description :

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.

• Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
• Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills.
