Job summary

Leading Client in India is seeking an experienced recruiter with 3+ years of relevant experience to handle VMS/MSP processes and end-to-end staffing. The role requires sourcing candidates via job boards like Naukri and Monster, understanding IT skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Candidate will work as an individual contributor to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will manage full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offers, ensuring timely placements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience with VMS/MSP processes.
• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Familiar with job boards such as Naukri and Monster.
• Solid understanding of IT skills and roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source and screen candidates for IT roles.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Utilize job boards (Naukri, Monster) to build pipelines.
• Act as an individual contributor handling assignments.

• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
