Leading Client in Kolkata, West Bengal is seeking an experienced recruiter with 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment. You will handle IT staffing needs and manage roles from job posting to placement, including contract staffing and work with VMSP environments.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with job boards like Naukri and Monster, and the ability to work as an individual contributor on targets.

Qualifications
