Easha Technologies in Chennai is seeking an IT Pre-Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into viable IT solutions. You will analyze requirements, design scalable infrastructure, and present technical demonstrations.

You will prepare proposals, BOM/BOQ, coordinate with OEMs, support sales, and ensure smooth handover to implementation teams. Strong written communication and email drafting are essential. Candidates with IT industry exposure and strong communication will excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical Requirement Analysis: Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Solution Design: Prepare network, cloud, server, security, and infrastructure solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical demos, presentations, and PoCs.
• Technical Proposals;: Prepare BOM, BOQ, quotations, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable and cost-effective IT infrastructure architectures.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with OEMs/distributors for product selection, pricing, and technical validation.
• Sales Support: Assist sales teams during customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Technical Clarifications: Address customer queries and provide solution recommendations.
• Project Handover: Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth technical handover.
