Job summary

Estatemint in Pune is seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers, craft compelling job postings, source candidates across boards and social channels, and screen resumes to drive efficient hires.

You will coordinate interview schedules, negotiate salary offers, and support seamless onboarding while tracking time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. The role requires staying updated on hiring trends and laws.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, or both (depending on business requirements).
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct reference and background verification where applicable.
• Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and employment laws.
