Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles. You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, references, and networking, and screen candidates against client requirements.

You will coordinate technical interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain recruitment pipelines and databases.

Talent Acquisition Specialist IT & Non-IT

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidates accordingly.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.

Non-IT Recruitment Responsibilities

• Manage hiring for Non-IT roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Admin, Customer Support, Manufacturing, etc.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and behavioral assessments.
• Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in contract, permanent, and bulk hiring.
• Knowledge of market mapping and talent analytics.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
