Job summary

ITS Engineering College Greater Noida is seeking an IT Executive/Lab. Tech- IT to provide first-line technical support and manage IT assets. The role covers Windows and Linux environments, network troubleshooting, and user account management with Active Directory.

You will install and maintain systems, collaborate with vendors, and contribute to IT projects while ensuring security updates and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including endpoint protection and data encryption.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
