Job summary

Primo Foods is seeking an IT support specialist in Gurugram to provide hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, install and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

You will monitor LAN/WAN performance, manage user accounts and email setups, ensure data backup and security, and coordinate with external vendors for IT services.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and hands-on experience with Windows and basic Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, basic Linux preferred).
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with MS Office, email servers, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities
