Job summary

Rathod Jewellers seeks an IT Infrastructure Support professional to manage hardware, networks, and security in a manufacturing/retail setting. You will oversee servers, AD, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, and data backup while ensuring smooth daily IT operations and end-user support.

The role requires hands-on experience with CCTV/NVR, storage management, and vendor coordination, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 47 years of relevant experience in IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support.
• Strong troubleshooting, networking, server, security, and vendor-management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain, DNS/DHCP, and user access.
• Configure and maintain Firewall, Load Balancing, VPN, and Security Policies.
• Manage Antivirus, IT security policies, data backup, and recovery.
• Maintain CCTV/IP Cameras, NVR, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
• Manage NAS, storage, and shared data access.
• Handle IT asset maintenance, inventory, procurement, AMC, and vendor coordination.
• Provide support for software, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot end-user IT issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
