Job summary

Grover Sweets is seeking an IT support professional to manage day-to-day operations across Delhi NCR. The role covers network troubleshooting, ERP issues, CCTV maintenance, and basic IT peripherals support.

The ideal candidate will travel to multiple outlets, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset records while ensuring minimal downtime and reliable IT services for diverse sites.

Qualifications

Experience in network support and troubleshooting.
ERP handling and troubleshooting experience.
CCTV maintenance and basic surveillance system knowledge.
Printer, scanner and peripheral troubleshooting capabilities.
Hardware and software troubleshooting across devices.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure basics.
Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
Willingness to travel and perform field work.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
Manage network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and basic networking issues.
Provide ERP support and troubleshooting to users.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, computers, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Visit different outlets/sites across Delhi NCR for technical support.
Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical issues.
Maintain basic records of IT assets, complaints, and service activities.
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize operational downtime.
