Job summary

Absolute Distribution Solutions seeks an IT support specialist in Mumbai to install and troubleshoot client OSs including Windows and MAC, manage Windows Server environments, and handle network devices, printers, and security configurations.

You will maintain servers/desktops, perform upgrades, document faults, and manage inventory. The role requires hands-on experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, and group policies in a fast-paced IT setting.

Responsibilities

• Installation and troubleshooting of Client Operating Systems like 7,8,10 and MAC.
• Windows Server Administration (Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2).
• Windows Roles: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Servers and Workstations infrastructure.
• Configuring and Installing of Network Printer, Scanning System, Antivirus, Network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Troubleshooting operating system Problem and repair it.
• Fault finding to laptops and desktops
• Assemble & Disassemble the PCs, HDD Partition and Formatting, Software.
• Troubleshooting of Network Problems & Desktop Problems.
• Printer Networking & Sharing.
• Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
• Maintaining Inventory logs of all IT related devices
