Job summary

Ecoparyavaran is seeking an experienced IT Executive to oversee the company’s day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, networking, and security. The role requires hands-on management of IT systems, user support, and vendor coordination.

You will ensure security, updates, and reliable operation with minimal downtime, while maintaining documentation, licenses, and inventory; and coordinating with service providers for installations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience managing day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, network and security.
• Ability to provide user support and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
• Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity and basic network security.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to all employees.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email IDs, systems, software and access permissions.
• Install, configure, update and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus and security tools.
• Manage data backup and recovery and protect critical data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity and basic network security.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to all employees.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email IDs, systems, software and access permissions.
• Install, configure, update and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus and security tools.
• Manage data backup and recovery and ensure critical company data is protected.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, warranties, AMC and inventory records.
• Manage and coordinate CCTV, biometric attendance, access control and other IT-enabled systems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, Internet Service Providers and service providers for installation, repair and maintenance.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, updated and functioning with minimum downtime.
• Maintain proper IT documentation, policies and records.
