The position is FullTimePermanent with entry-level experience, focusing on user support, device configuration, security, and collaboration with vendors to keep ERP and email systems running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT executive role focusing on operation, maintenance and security of IT infrastructure.
• Provides technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Monitor network performance and system security.
