Job description

The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for providing IT support, system administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, network coordination, and data security support within the organization. This involves maintaining computers, printers, servers, applications, user accounts, backups, and IT documentation. The candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, service orientation, and the ability to support smooth digital operations across departments.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networks, and software applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, office applications, antivirus, and business software.
• Support network connectivity, LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet, switches, routers, and basic firewall coordination.
• Manage user accounts, email access, passwords, system permissions, and IT asset allocation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, service records, issue trackers, and support documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for hardware, software, internet, and AMC-related support.
• Monitor system performance, data backup status, antivirus updates, and security compliance.
• Resolve user-level technical issues and escalated complex problems to senior IT teams when required.
• Support ERP, SAP, or business application users with access and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure data confidentiality, cybersecurity awareness, and safe usage of IT resources.
• Assist in server, CCTV, biometric, access control, and communication system support when required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of IT hardware and ensure systems remain operational.
• Support new employee IT setup including system allocation, software installation, and account creation.
• Prepare IT reports, downtime summaries, support tickets, and inventory updates for management.
• Promote efficient technology usage and compliance with company IT policies.
