Job summary

MACOM is seeking an IT administrator to manage hardware assets and oversee ERP, software, and IT applications. You will administer the network infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity and data backups, and lead the IT support team to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing IT budgets, and handling AMC contracts to keep systems secure and reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lead IT teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing hardware assets (servers, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometric).
• Experience overseeing ERP, licensed software, and IT application support.
• Strong network administration skills (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup and disaster recovery protocols.
• Vendor liaison experience and IT budget/AMC contract management.
