Job Purpose

To provide day-to-day IT support and ensure smooth functioning of the company's IT systems, network, hardware, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, printer, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and IT applications.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Assist with Active Directory, File Server, Windows Server, backup, and user access management.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network performance.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and related documentation.
• Support CCTV, Firewall/UTM, and other IT systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, maintenance, and technical support.
