• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and software licenses.
• Configure and support printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure antivirus, firewall, and security solutions are updated and functioning properly.
• Assist in server administration and system performance monitoring.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support email systems, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
• Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency.
• Train employees on basic IT usage, security practices, and new technologies.
