Job summary

Krystal Integrated Services in Chennai is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive - IT to provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.

You will manage user accounts, secure systems through antivirus and patch management, support Outlook and other email clients, handle LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, maintain IT asset records, and assist remote users.

Qualifications

• Technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access.
• Hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Software installation and updates.
• Outlook and email client support.
• LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity handling.
• IT asset inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities
