Job summary

RUDR Consultancy Services seeks an IT Executive to support incoming queries related to computer systems, software, printers and hardware in our Pali, Rajasthan office.

You will install, modify and repair hardware/software, handle peripherals, and ensure network availability daily. The role requires 1–4 years of IT experience and on-site presence in Rajasthan, with exposure to antivirus management and AD.

Qualifications

• B.Tech (CS) or BCA with 1–4 years IT support experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and hardware troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pali, Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT queries and issues related to computer systems, software, printers and hardware.
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware/software; peripherals setup.
• Monitor network availability; manage antivirus, AD, Microsoft apps, inventory and vendor coordination.
