Job summary

Brainstash HR Consulting Jaipur seeks an experienced Customer Support executive for international voice billing processes. You will handle international inbound calls, resolve inquiries with clear communication, and document interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements include 12 months of international voice experience and 10+2 education, with willingness to work in a 24x7Rotational shifts environment. You will collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of international voice experience.
• At least 10+2 education is mandatory.
• Experience resolving billing issues.
• Understanding of recurring bills, billing cycles, due dates, prorate charges, autopay & surcharges, service charges and taxes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clarity in thought process and ability to articulate ideas.
• Ability to handle tough customer situations.
• Multitask and make fast decisions independently.
• Willing to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts.
• Customer-centric with logical thinking and ownership over cases.

• Resolving billing issues using query solving techniques and providing clear and concise information. Answering questions about billing or services.
• Manage International inbound customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
• Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min 12 months of international Voice experience
• Min 10 + 2 (Undergraduate) is mandatory
• Experience resolving customer issues in billing,
• In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Changes, Due date, Prorate charges, Autopay & Surcharges, Service charges, and taxes)
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• The clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/ her thought)
• Ability to handle tough situations with customers.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
• Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week).
• Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough Spontaneous & Need to take the ownership on the Customer cases.
