Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is hiring for an International Customer Support Associate to manage inbound calls, resolve queries, and ensure a high standard of service from our Bellanduru office.

You will handle escalations, coordinate with internal teams, meet SLA targets, and may be asked to work US shift rotations. Freshers with strong communication are welcome, as are experienced agents.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• International Voice Process / Customer Support experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
• Willingness to work in US/rotational shifts.
• PF is mandatory for this position.

Role Overview
