Job summary

Wsne Consulting is seeking enthusiastic candidates for an International BPO Voice Process role in Gurugram. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, understand queries, and provide accurate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role requires good English communication, basic computer literacy, and willingness to work rotational night shifts. You will follow processes, document interactions, and aim to meet productivity and quality targets.
