Job summary

TELUS International in India is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries with accurate information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Candidates should have at least Higher Secondary, excellent English, and the ability to work in a 24x7 shift from the office.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is required.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team KPIs, including Quality, AHT, CSAT, and productivity.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Stay updated on product, process, and policy changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Neutral or international accent is an added advantage.
