Job summary

Pagaar India in Bengaluru is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support professional to handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers. You will resolve queries related to products, services and billing while maintaining accurate records in the system.

Strong English and Hindi communication, a basic computer skill set and a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM are required; freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate with basic computer skills.
• Excellent English and/or Hindi communication.

Responsibilities

Job Role

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.

Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts.

Communicate professionally in English with international customers.

Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve service issues with high first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in the CRM software.
• Follow documented communication scripts and standard operating protocols.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet operational SLAs and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Any Graduate degree from a recognized board/university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Basic computer proficiency with good keyboard typing speed (25+ WPM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
