We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior International Voice Process Executive with experience in handling international customers through voice support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage customer interactions professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound s with international customers in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within defined service levels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related queries.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Manage escalations and complex customer issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members when required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices.
