Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets play a pivotal role in engaging international parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video, understanding their child's needs, showcasing program USPs (like champion teachers), and driving enrollments through consultative sales to meet weekly targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed sales team focused on the dynamic RoW (Rest of World)market.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to RoW regions (ANZ, Middle East and UK/Europe etc.) aligned with BrightChamps' mission to deliver interactive coding and AI education globally.
Set and track sales targets and KPIs based on RoW market dynamics and regional differences.
Oversee pipeline management, CRM usage, and sales reporting for RoW markets.
Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and passion for BrightChamps' mission to empower the next generation of tech leaders among your team.
Navigate diverse cultural contexts, language requirements, and market-specific sales approaches across 30+ countries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies for international markets.
Rigorously follow up on leads via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, and video calls with parents.
