Job summary

BrightCHAMPS in Bengaluru is seeking an Academic Counselor (Inside Sales / EdTech Consulting) to connect with parents across India, understand learning goals, and recommend customized next-gen courses.

The role requires strong English and Hindi communication, willingness to work from office during the 12 PM–10 PM shift, and ownership of a personal laptop. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with targets to drive enrollments and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)
• Work Schedule: 6 days/week (including weekends; rotational weekday off)

What You’ll Do

• Connect with parents across India via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
• Understand students’ learning goals and recommend customized next-gen courses (Coding, AI, Financial Literacy & more!).
• Drive program enrollments through consultative counseling and clear value communication.
• Manage CRM updates and achieve weekly/monthly productivity targets.
• Education: Graduates or post-graduates in any discipline (Freshers and Experienced candidates both welcome!).
• Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory).
• Work Mode: Ready and comfortable working from the office during the specified shift timing (12 PM to 10 PM).
• Equipment: Must own a personal laptop in good working condition.
• Drive: Target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about consultative sales.
