• Make regular follow-up calls and emails to convert leads into business.
• Understand customer requirements related to equipment, rental duration, location, specifications, and availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Rental, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
