Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Gulf/Overseas recruitment.
• Experience hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
