Job summary

Freshers are welcome, and experienced recruiters with international hiring experience are preferred. Strong communication and candidate management skills are essential.

You will source, screen, interview coordination, and maintain hiring metrics while meeting targets and deadlines in a dynamic global recruitment environment.

• Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Work towards recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
