Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with basic professional qualifications.
• 1–5 years of Gulf/Overseas recruitment experience, recruitment consultancy preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and databases.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate submission, documentation and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, databases and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth processes.
