Job summary

Wsne Consulting is seeking candidates for an International BPO Voice Process role in Gurugram. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, resolve queries, and document interactions while maintaining quality and targets.

Freshers and 1-5 years' experience are welcome. Strong English communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work rotational/night shifts are required. Salary up to 5.60 LPA with incentives and cab facilities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
