Wsne Consulting in Gurugram is hiring for an International Inbound Customer Support Voice Process. You will handle inbound international calls, resolve queries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; rotation shifts and cab facility are provided. Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for an International Inbound Customer Support Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers and providing timely, accurate, and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• - Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• - Understand customer queries, concerns, and issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• - Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.
• - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or other customer-related concerns.
• - Handle customer complaints efficiently and escal complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• - Maintain proper documentation and update customer details accurately in the system.
• - Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• - Meet defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and call handling targets.
• - Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• - Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• - Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while handling different types of customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• - Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• - Minimum 1year voice customer service experience req.(International bpo).
• - Good problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• - Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• - Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• - Previous experience in International Voice/Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• - Salary: 3 LPA to 5.5LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• - Lucrative Incentives.
• - 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
• - Rotational shifts.
• - Both-side cab facility available.
• - Candidates who do not avail the cab facility will receive a 4,000 monthly transport allowance.
