The selected candidates will handle international customer calls, understand concerns, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Training and scripts will support performance in a target-driven team.

Qualifications

• Freshers with excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle international calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, CRM and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Assist customers with product, service, account, billing, or process-related queries.
• Follow defined call-handling procedures, quality standards and company policies.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Work effectively in a team and contribute to customer service goals.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for international customers.
