Wsne Consulting is hiring for International Voice & Chat Support roles in Gurugram. Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates to handle international customers via voice calls and chat, resolving queries with high customer satisfaction.

Roles include handling live chat, email, and voice interactions, meeting targets on quality and CSAT, and coordinating with internal teams. The position requires good English, 12th pass or graduate, and willingness to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate required.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Excellent spoken English mandatory.
• Experience in BPO/International Voice/Chat is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
