Wsne Consulting is hiring for an International Inbound Customer Support Voice Process. You will handle international calls, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across multiple systems. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with rotation shifts and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges from 3 LPA to 5.5 LPA with incentives. Cab facility available, with transport allowance if not availing cab. Gurugram location, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum 1 year voice customer service experience (International BPO).
• Good problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in International Voice/Customer Support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Compensation & Benefits

• - Salary: 3 LPA to 5.5LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

• - Candidates who do not avail the cab facility will receive a 4,000 monthly transport allowance.
