Hnkt Recruitment is opening a new Goa office in Panjim and seeking an Internal Recruiter to help build the team from the ground up. You'll shape how hiring works here and contribute to the office culture from day one.

Qualificações

• Freshers or up to 1 year of recruitment experience (MBA/BBA HR graduates encouraged to apply).
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri or LinkedIn is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Write and post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Source and screen candidates for roles in Goa.
• Run initial screening calls to find the right fit.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand team needs with hiring managers.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support local hiring drives and campus outreach in Goa.

We're opening a new office in Panjim and are looking for an Internal Recruiter to help build the team from the ground up. You wont just fill roles. You'll help shape who joins, how hiring works here, and what the office culture becomes.

What you'll do

• Write and post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
• Source and screen candidates for roles across our new Goa office
• Run initial screening calls to find the right fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Work with hiring managers to understand what each new team needs
• Keep candidates informed at every stage, so they have a smooth experience
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support local hiring drives and campus outreach in Goa

What we're looking for

• Freshers or up to 1 year of recruitment experience (MBA/BBA HR graduates encouraged to apply)
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri or LinkedIn is a plus
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
• A proactive attitude and a real interest in people and hiring
• Based in or willing to relocate to Panjim / North Goa
